Some Examples of our MSCRM Implementations:

  • A) McDonald’s is the largest fast food chain in the world. In Egypt, McDonalds has pioneered the concept of home delivery. SPARKTECH has developed a major call center application for McDonald’s delivery. The Application is one of the biggest implementations of MSCRM in the Middle East with over 85 Licenses used.
  • B) Al Ahram Beverages Company: ABC is one of the largest Beverages companies in the Middle East. Currently bought by Heineken to become their entry point in the Middle East. Microsoft   recommended SPARKTECH as the specialized Microsoft Partner in CRM. SPARKTECH implemented a sophisticated solution of MSCRM for ABC’s call center. The project was highly challenging as this was the first implementation in Egypt for MSCRM and it was arguable the first time in the world MSCRM is integrated with MS Retail Management System RMS. The project was a success and the know-how built by SPARKTECH in this area is considered world class standard.
  • C) Microsoft Marketing Solution: Microsoft Egypt  has decided to implement  its own CRM solution on a pilot project of Telemarketing for its own products. Microsoft chose SPARKTECH as the specialized CRM partner to implement the project. Project was implemented according to the time frame proposed by SPARKTECH and gained praise from MS management.
  • D) Calyon Bank: The French giant bank had a need for CRM implementation that covers Sales, Customer Service and Collection. SPARKTECH has built a Collection Vertical over MSCRM that enables the CRM to serve as a collection management tool over its original functionalities in Sales and Service.

The first locally built software/hardware solution for voice mail in Egypt growing to compete with standard solutions adopted by major vendors from Panasonic to Lucent. We provided one of the largest systems in Egypt to the American University in Cairo.
